Kanban Board & Project Tracker
🔒 Runs in your browser
Organize your work as boards, columns and cards
A Kanban board turns a project into a picture: each column is a stage of work (To Do, In Progress, Done — rename them to fit your process), and each card is a task you drag from one column to the next as it moves along. Group your boards under clients, give cards a priority, due date, labels, a checklist and image attachments, and see at a glance what is done and what is overdue.
Everything stays in your browser
Your boards live in your browser's own database — there is no account and nothing is uploaded. To back up your work or move it to another device, export the whole workspace to a single file and import it wherever you need it. You can also produce a branded PDF status report — your logo, a header and footer, every task grouped by status — to send a client without giving them access to the board.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
Entirely in your browser, using its built-in IndexedDB database. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account — your boards, cards and attachments never leave your device. The footer's “Clear local data” button wipes everything.
How do I move my boards to another device or back them up?
Use Export to download your whole workspace as a single file (a .zip that includes your attachments and logo). On another browser or device, open the tool and use Import to load it back exactly as it was.
What does the PDF export contain?
A branded status report for the selected board: your logo and header/footer text, every task grouped by status with its priority and due date, and a short summary (percent done and overdue count). It prints with selectable text, not a screenshot.
How is “% done” calculated?
The last column on the board is treated as the finished state, so “% done” is the share of cards sitting in that final column, and a task is only flagged overdue if its due date has passed and it is not yet in that last column.
