Identification

ANDCODE S.R.L., CUI 47475812, J2023000168084, Brașov, jud. Brașov, România, share capital 5000 RON, email contact@andcode.ro (Romanian Law 365/2002, art. 5).

The service

The site provides free online tools that run in your browser. You may use them for any lawful purpose, with no account and no payment.

No warranties; calculations are informative

The tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Results from the fiscal and legal calculators are informative — they reflect the legislation indicated on each page as of its last-updated date, but do not constitute fiscal, legal, or other professional advice. For decisions with legal or financial effect, consult a specialist.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful activities, intentionally overload it, or republish its content without consent. The code, text, and visual identity belong to ANDCODE S.R.L..

Server Transfer (Audio Mixer)

The Audio Mixer's optional Server Transfer is a transient, best-effort courier for moving your own audio files between machines — it is not a hosting or storage service. Do not use it to move unlawful or infringing content. Transfers are end-to-end encrypted, ephemeral, and not guaranteed: files not fetched within a short window are automatically deleted.

URL import (Audio Mixer)

The Audio Mixer's URL import is for loading audio files you are entitled to use. You are responsible for the URLs you import; do not use it for unlawful or infringing content, or as a general-purpose web proxy or scanner. It works with audio files only and is transient and best-effort — we do not guarantee a fetch will succeed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ANDCODE S.R.L. is not liable for losses arising from the use of the tools or their results. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights provided by mandatory legislation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. For alternative dispute resolution, see ANPC — SAL (link in the footer).
