PDF Builder — Images & PDFs to PDF

🔒 Runs in your browser

Add at least one file to build the PDF.

Page and margin settings apply to images only; pages from PDFs are copied as-is.

🔒 Your files are never uploaded — the PDF is built entirely in your browser.

Images and PDFs into one file, without an upload

Add anything — JPG, PNG or WebP images and existing PDFs — in a single list, drag or pick as many files as you like, and arrange them with the up/down arrows: the list order is the page order. Each image becomes one page; each PDF contributes all of its pages, in place. Press Build PDF and the document is assembled entirely on your device with the open-source pdf-lib library. Scanned contracts, ID photos, invoices or bank statements are never sent to a server, never stored, and never seen by anyone. When the download starts, the file has simply been written by your own browser.

    Mix freely, in any order

A photo, then a two-page PDF, then another photo produces a four-page document in exactly that order. WebP images are converted to lossless PNG on your device before they are placed, because PDF pages can only carry JPEG or PNG. The Image pages and Image margin settings shape only the pages built from images — A4 (portrait) centers each image on a standard 210 × 297 mm page, Same as image cuts the page exactly to the image. Pages that come from an existing PDF are copied untouched, at their original size.

    Damaged or password-protected PDFs

A PDF that is encrypted or corrupt cannot be read in the browser. When one is added, the tool skips it and tells you which file it was, rather than producing a silently broken result. Remove the password (open it in a viewer and re-save, or print to PDF) or repair the file, then add it again.

    Frequently asked questions

Can I mix images and PDFs in one document?

Yes. Add any mix of JPG, PNG or WebP images and existing PDFs in a single list, in any order. Each image becomes one page; each PDF contributes all of its pages, exactly where it sits in the list.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. The PDF is assembled entirely in your browser with the open-source pdf-lib library — your images and documents never leave your device, and nothing is stored or seen by anyone.

Can I change the page order?

Yes. Files appear in a list and the pages come out in that exact order. Use the up/down arrows next to each item to rearrange images and PDFs before you build.

How are image pages laid out?

The page and margin settings apply to images only. A4 centers each image on a standard A4 portrait page; Same as image cuts each page to its image. Pages copied from an existing PDF keep their original size.

What if one of my PDFs is password-protected or damaged?

Encrypted or corrupt PDFs cannot be read in the browser, so the tool skips the file and names it instead of producing a broken result. Remove the protection or repair the file, then add it again.
