Text Utilities

🔒 Runs in your browser

How it works

Paste any list of lines — log output, CSV rows, a wordlist, URLs — and toggle the operations you need. Everything runs in a fixed order: trim, then remove empty lines, then remove duplicates, then add a prefix/suffix, then sort, then reverse. That order makes combinations predictable, so "trim + remove duplicates + sort" always behaves the same way regardless of which boxes you tick first.

Sorting options

Sorting is case-sensitive by default (uppercase letters sort before lowercase, matching plain string comparison). Turn on case-insensitive sorting to ignore letter case, or Romanian order to sort ș and ț next to s and t the way a Romanian dictionary would, instead of by raw Unicode code point.

Frequently asked questions

Does the sort respect Romanian collation (ș, ț)?

Yes — turn on “Romanian order” to sort ș next to s and ț next to t, matching Romanian dictionary order, instead of plain Unicode code-point order.

In what order are the operations applied?

Trim, then remove empty lines, then remove duplicates, then add a prefix/suffix, then sort, then reverse — so combining several toggles always gives a predictable result.
